As we are an outdoor training / fitness organisation we recommend for your personal security that
you make yourself aware of the location of the classes/events.
If you are ever unsure of a location or who you are meeting for a class or event please contact us
immediately so that we can help.
If you are ever approached by an unknown individual or a member of staff is not in uniform or fails
to identify themselves to your satisfaction then please contact us or the local police so that we
might take immediate action to ensure your safety.
