Get Fit The Military Way...
 Southwest Military Fitness classes
 All of my military fitness classes are run outdoors in parks and other similar public places, the classes run throughout the year.  
 Each class lasts for 1 hour and includes an activity specific warm up and cool down.
 Classes are enjoyable and varied, each providing a quality workout that will motivate and challenge you to get the most from your training.

Instructors
 Instructors are serving or ex-serving members of the armed forces and hold recognised physical training qualifications.
 Using their military experience my Instructors provide the guidance and motivation required to ensure that you get the most from your training.
 They all enjoy their work and aim to keep you training hard whilst keeping a smile on your face.

Ability Groups
 Training sessions cater for a wide range of people by providing separate ability group classes that run concurrently.  These groups are graded by bib             
  colour.


             Red

         Classes are designed to be low intensity so you can work at a relatively easy pace enabling you to progress your fitness level gradually or                       
    you may already be fit but just want a light training session.


              Amber

          Classes are run at a higher intensity pushing you further so that you can have a harder work out than the red but still not reaching  the                           
     maximum rate that you can train in.
 


              Green

           Classes are of the highest intensity pushing you further than you have ever been pushed but still being coached  at the highest level by our                  
      instructors, this class enables you to get fit quickly or if you are already fit get that extra bit out of yourself that you did not think you had.
 

                                          So you can see that the training sessions are for everyone and not just the fittest.

 Personnel Fitness Assessments PFA
   PFAs are run to provide members with an opportunity to measure improvements. The assessments are run in the parks, offered as an                                   
    option (not compulsory) with normal classes running alongside. The assessment is designed to gauge total body fitness, comprising of 3                                
    different elements.
